In Arlington, a plug or patch repair usually takes under half an hour without an appointment, while a full set of tires with alignment is best booked ahead. Compare the out-the-door price across shops in Virginia, since installation fees vary more than the tires themselves. Keep the receipt: the tire warranty and any road-hazard coverage are tied to it. Demand peaks before winter and before summer road trips. Check the listing for hours, whether the shop sells used tires or handles truck and trailer tires, and its Google rating before you drive over on a spare.

Arlington is in Virginia, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Arlington follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Shirlington Tire + Auto is a 10/10 I live nearby and over the years, I’ve frequently visited this shop to have flat tires patched. I’m always impressed by how friendly and helpful the staff is. While the shop can get busy at times and there might be a short wait, the crew always goes out of their way to make customers comfortable, even offering a bottle of water while you wait. Thank you for providing such great, consistent service to the neighborhood!

I was in Arlington, VA area last week visiting and my tire was old and I needed a replacement used tire. I googled the nearest used tire shop and Shirlington tire did not disappoint. The shop was busy with 4 cars in front of me. I waited about 15 minutes to get a used quality tire. The older gentleman working there was amazing and a friendly guy with the best customer service. All of the employees working there mechanics were very professional and hard working. I would definitely visit this shop again and would recommend to anyone.

I had such a great experience here that I had to leave a review. On Monday, I came in with a flat tire and was driving on my spare. The team took care of me immediately, gave me an unbeatable price, and had my new tires installed right away. Then today, I unfortunately had to come back after picking up a huge nail in my tire, and once again they helped me right away without any hassle. Both crew members were incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. The quality of their work is honestly the best I’ve ever seen. It’s rare to find people who care this much about their customers. I will always recommend this place to anyone I know!
